Terms & Conditions

Guarantee Conditions

We stand by the quality of our work. If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your drone service, we'll redo the work for free, subject to the following conditions:

Clear Project Scope & Expectations:

This guarantee applies when the dissatisfaction is related to a failure to meet the mutually agreed-upon project scope and deliverables outlined in our initial service agreement or written communication prior to the commencement of the work.

Timely Notification:

You must notify True North Drone Services in writing of your dissatisfaction and request for a redo within 48 hours, [or 3 business days] of receiving the final deliverables.

Specific & Actionable Feedback:

To qualify for a redo, you must provide specific, actionable feedback detailing the aspects of the service or deliverables that did not meet the agreed-upon scope. Vague dissatisfaction without concrete examples may not qualify.

Exclusions - Factors Beyond Our Reasonable Control:

The guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction arising from:

a) Unforeseen Environmental Conditions:

Extreme weather events (e.g., sudden storms, high winds outside of safe operating limits) that arise during the scheduled service and were not predictable, forcing a modification or premature conclusion of the service. (I always check the
weather before starting, but storms can come up quickly - I try to address unexpected bad weather up front).

b) Client-Provided Misinformation or Lack of Access:

Inaccurate information provided by the client regarding the site, subject, or project requirements, or failure to provide necessary
access, permissions, or clear the area as agreed.

c) Subjectivity Beyond Technical Quality:

While we aim for your complete satisfaction, aspects of purely subjective artistic preference that were not explicitly defined as key deliverables in the project scope may not be grounds for a redo if the technical quality and agreed-upon shots/data are delivered. (This needs careful wording – you still want them happy, but protects against endless revisions for purely "I don't like the feel" if the technicals are perfect).

d) Changes in Scope Post-Service:

Requests for changes or additions to the project scope after the initial service has been completed and delivered. These will be treated as new work.

Redo Scope: The free redo will be limited to correcting the specific deficiencies identified and will aim to meet the original project scope. It does not include expanding the scope or adding new elements not initially agreed upon.
